Parterre announces new CFO

[Wilmington, Mass.] Parterre Flooring Systems announced the recent hire of David Kelly, who has assumed the role of chief financial officer and will be based out of the company's headquarters here. Kelly joins Parterre Flooring Systems with more than a decade of financial experience.

"We are pleased to have David Kelly join Parterre as chief financial officer,” said Ralph Grogan, CEO of Parterre Flooring Systems. “David’s experience working with private equity and mid-size companies will be extremely valuable to Parterre and its plans for growth over the next several years.”

Kelly most recently worked as the vice president of Finance and Controller at Captivate, Inc., a digital out-of-home media company. At Captivate, Inc., Kelly led the accounting and financial planning functions for the company’s U.S. and Canadian operations.

Kelly has also held senior level positions in finance at Adheris Health, CBIZ/MHM and Keane International, Inc. He has received both his Masters of Business Administration and B.S. in Accountancy from Bentley University, and is a Certified Public Accountant. David currently resides in Burlington, Massachusetts with his wife and three children.
