Graça Rocha Joins HMTX Global

[Netherlands] Marcel Kies, president of HMTX Global, is pleased to announce that the highly respected Graça Rocha with over 21 years of product development, quality and sustainability management experience in the international flooring industry, has joined HMTX Global as Sustainability & Quality Assurance Manager, effective February 26th, 2024.
Prior to joining HMTX Global, Graça was working for many international companies, such as, INACOR SA, TEXAS INSTRUMENTS SAMSUNG ELECTRÓNICA PORTUGAL, VillaVerde & Pratas consultores and Amorim Cork Flooring. Most recently she was a deputy director of the composite materials and structures unit at INEGI, being responsible for supporting the CEO on unit management.
In her new role at HMTX Global, Graça will spearhead sustainability and IMPACT initiatives while overseeing certification initiatives and testing across various regions including Europe, Russia, the Middle East and Asia Pacific. She will serve as the central point of contact for all communications with customers and internal and external entities regarding Sustainability and IMPACT. Graça will also play a pivotal role in securing product certifications and labels.
